OSA Sleep Coach

Job Description
Our sleep apnea coaches will provide superior communication, education and commitment to our brand and the customers we serve. You will offer solutions and motivation to each sleep patient with enthusiasm and purpose to increase compliance and outcomes. You will communicate using a variety of methods to stimulate engagement and maximize patient satisfaction on all levels. You will be encouraged to offer suggestions for improvement and be supported by our team as we guide the sleep apnea patient on their journey.

Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Sleep Apnea Coaching Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with remote work
• Competent computer skills
• Experience with cloud-based solutions (Airview, Care Orchestrator and iCodeConnect)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
