Absolutely! By using our product, you will have everything you need to select and fit a mask remotely. There is no need for an in-person visit. 

No. The TherapistAssistTM product is designed to quickly offer the therapist information and options so they can make a more informed decision regarding PAP mask selection.

Absolutely not! We offer a prioritized list of masks sized according to our algorithm and manufacturer instructions. The therapist may, however, select any mask of their choosing based upon their best clinical judgement.

Absolutely not! Once a patient is in our database, when there is a need for a new (or different) mask, all patient data, including the previous recommended masks, are available to the provider. This makes mask exchanges and mask refitting effortless and efficient. 

Compliance & Security

Yes. All of our products are built using HIPAA-compliant technology and encryption  For more information, please refer to the sovaSage privacy policy.

Each patient photo is encrypted and stored securely. Patient photos remain accessible to the home healthcare provider as needed for future patient interactions, including mask exchanges, mask refits, or to support your re-PAP protocols. The photo itself is retained only for use by the therapist. The anatomical data derived form the photo may be used to recommend new or future masks.
